The following eligibility conditions must be met to open an account and use services on the tbeej platform:

The user must access the platform from a location where receiving online gaming services is lawful at their own discretion. The user takes personal responsibility for confirming that use of such services is legal in their area.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.

• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address is prohibited.
• Opening an account in the name of or using the information of a third party is prohibited.
• Registering with false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure.

All financial transactions on the tbeej platform are processed through secure SSL encryption.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported on the tbeej platform:

• Nagad — The digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be placed on hold until account verification is complete.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the tbeej platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

The following rules must be followed when playing on the tbeej platform.

6.1 Sports Betting

• All bets placed are considered final — they will not be cancelled unless there is a technical issue.
• Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi.
• tbeej's decision on the acceptance of bets is final.
• If a match or event is not completed or is cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules at that time.

6.2 Casino Games

• All games are operated by third-party providers' software (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, etc.).
• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and cannot be manipulated by any party.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the wagered amount will be refunded.
• tbeej is not liable for bets lost due to disconnection, but will attempt recovery where possible.

6.3 VIP Program

tbeej's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement to VIP tiers depends on activity on the platform. tbeej reserves the right to modify the VIP program at any time.

12.1 Right to Amend Terms

tbeej reserves the right to change these rules and terms and conditions at any time without notice. In the event of significant changes, we will post a notification on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to re-read these terms before each login. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These rules and terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together constitute the entire agreement between tbeej and the user. Any prior oral or written understandings are superseded by this document.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be applied to the maximum extent that it is enforceable and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

12.4 Language of Communication

The Bengali version of these terms and conditions is the original document. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative. Our support team provides service in both Bengali and English.
